The successful life of a busy business woman is no easy task to achieve. From having to spend hours, sometimes days at a time running on little to no sleep to make sure things got done, making tough decisions in order to better improve your status, and even vanishing from your social life for just a little bit, I was able to create the lifestyle that I wanted. Being able to sit on my ass all day, doing nothing while the money just rolls in.
I know it sounds shady and even a bit ignorant, but don’t we all dream of working so hard that one day our income just starts to increase on its own? Besides, it’s not like I just sit around every day literally doing nothing.
I still have to deal with meetings and such like a regular boss.
I propped my feet up on the end of the oval-shaped table and threw my head back on the reclining office chair, letting out a loud sigh of relaxation. The vents hummed as it blew out nice, cool air into the meeting room. The ceiling-high glass windows along the wall were covered with fancy blue drapes. The overhead lights were set to a calming dim setting, making the entire room feel at ease.
This was the perfect way for a boss to enjoy their lunch break.
As I felt myself drifting off I heard the doorknob turn, with voices approaching.
