The successful life of a busy business woman is no easy task to achieve. From having to spend hours, sometimes days at a time running on little to no sleep to make sure things got done, making tough decisions in order to better improve your status, and even vanishing from your social life for just a little bit, I was able to create the lifestyle that I wanted. Being able to sit on my ass all day, doing nothing while the money just rolls in.
I know it sounds shady and even a bit ignorant, but don’t we all dream of working so hard that one day our income just starts to increase on its own? Besides, it’s not like I just sit around every day literally doing nothing.
I still have to deal with meetings and such like a regular boss.
With closing statements finished and people collecting their belongings, people came up to me one by one to shake my hand. I put on a grand smile as I thanked each one of them for coming to demonstrate their cause and business. Some offered to pay for my lunch for the day, but I politely turned them down. As I saw people heading out of the room, I called out to Gina.
“Stick around and close that door, will you?”
Gina nodded and closed the door before sitting next to me, “What’s up?”
“I wasn’t paying attention during the meeting.”
