Most people are stuck at a dead-end job that they want little to do with during their working hours. They just clock-in, do what they need to do for the day, and clock-out when it’s time. They don’t really care about anything else.
But no matter where you go, there’s always that one coworker that complains just to complain. There’s nothing they can do about the matter, and yet they continue to complain.
And that can easily get under a person’s skin…

Continue reading Stupid Question Part OneGluttony, one of the Seven Deadly Sins. Some acknowledge it as the deadly sin of them all. Other think of it as one of the easiest to overcome and endure. It all depends on just how far the sin as taken over the person’s entire being, the body, soul, and mind. As for The King, his gluttonous ways drove him to become who he his now.
Day after day, every waking hour, he was at the dining table, gorging himself with food. He paid no mind to the welfare and needs of the townsfolk outside. The Queen took over to the best of her ability while he ate, but she could only do so much. His personal servants cowered in fear, forced to bring more food to him or fear the threat of public execution.
Matilda saw The King’s rapid growth, and knew this wasn’t going to end well.
