100 Word Story – 24-Hour Creep (Part Two)

Do you know what it’s like working as a clerk for a never-closing convenience store? It’s nothing but the simple scan-and-bag method of service with a couple of disputes with people trying to hand off fake bills to you and teenagers trying to steal beer. In all honesty, that’s what to be expected at a lame job like this—it’s not hard, but don’t expect something exciting to happen.

The only real downside to this is based on which shift you get stuck with. Morning shift deals with cranky adults and kids coming in, bitching and complaining about how hard their life is. Middle shift has to deal with the afterschool flood of kids wanting cheap snacks and evening rush of workers trying to find a way to kill time before heading home.

But for the overnight shift… we have to deal with the creeps. Even worse if you have tits like I do.
