Most of the time when people come home from work, they want to take a moment to kick back and relax, maybe watch some T.V or read a good book. That’s normal.
Having to save your girlfriend from some kind of “creature” that tried to kill her? That’s not normal. But hey, things happen.
No response again. Maybe Sam stepped out to go somewhere? But even if she did, she would text me or something just letting me know if she wouldn’t be home by the time I get off from work. What the hell is going on?
Honestly, I never imagined that I would have so easily accepted myself like that. Being together feels so much different than being apart. It feel… right.
Now, I don’t have any fears or regrets for what I’m about to commit. Instead, I feel unnaturally excited.
“Where are we going?”
“Let’s see how my little scapegoat is doing today, shall we?”
When it’s time for a person to focus on their education, it’s normal for them to turn to those ahead of them, their upperclassmen, in a time of need. Occasionally, they will slowly form a bond after repeated instances of meeting each other.
The same goes for girls; they’ll rely on one another. But sometimes, the upperclassmen will want to protect and learn more about their underlings, potentially wanting something more meaningful.
Everybody deserves for find affection and love.
“I noticed you the day I first saw you eating alone during our lunch break.”
Samantha decides to do some more cleaning around the house while Alexis is out at work, but somehow ends up finding herself on the wrong side of the tracks. She finds a few new things, one of them putting her into a hysterical rage.
What did she find that made her go crazy and run?
This little bastard snuck its way out of the box, moved through the field of wooden train tracks, and decided to make itself comfortable right on top of my hand.
There’s a young girl who shines of gold who brings warm smiles to the faces of those who greet her. Time after time, she has no qualms about smiling for them.
One night, a sudden stranger approaches her and for some reason, she finds herself unable to smile for them.
But why?
When the young woman extended her hand to help the person up, she froze up when she saw their appearance.
Some people find entertainment in cleaning with all of the washing and the dusting and the fresh smells left behind. Some have special methods to get it done. Sam’s one of those people.
When she doesn’t have the tools she needs however, she gets a little lazy and abandons the idea of cleaning for the day.
“Where the hell did I put my scrub brush skates?!”
A bond between females can appear many different ways to a person’s eye. It may seem strictly platonic and rooted in a deep friendship, while sometimes it may appear like a sisterly bond as if they were blood relatives. Then there’s the case where the relationship may seem one way, but is entirely something else behind closed doors.
The public appearance between females may hide away a deeper connection that stays strictly between them.
“Can’t you see I’m trying to get some sleep?”
“C’mon, it’s too early to be sleeping!”
Day after day, thousands of people believe that they have some kind of master, foolproof plan that can help them get rich with little to no effort. Very few actually put their plan into action and even then, many of them get caught and suffer the repercussions. For these two, they’re one of those people turned their plan into reality.
“I’m suppose to be a blind dude, idiot. I can’t see the door.”
Marcus gives me a light shove, “You’re not blind until we walk through that door.”
The green scenery of a forest is always a beautiful sight to one’s eye. However, just because something is appealing, it doesn’t mean it isn’t deadly; dangerous creatures live in the forest, and one in particular likes to hunt.
Seeing the well developed deer brings a small grin to the woman’s face. Beginning the hunt, the woman quickly latches to a nearby tree and ascends high into the leaves.
Everybody has their own away of trying to pass the time or kill boredom. Some draw, while some sleep. As for Sam, she does something different on some occasions, something that only a person who really has too much time on their hands would do.
“You suck. Why did I even decide to ask you?”
“Because you know I’m not going to lie.”
Following the life of Alexis and Samantha, this comedic slice-of-life details the every day lives of the live-in couple. From talking about what they want to dinner, trying to get rid of a hideaway spider in the bedroom, and even getting locked in the bathroom, this story has a revolving theme every few chapters. Along the way, we’ll learn about how Alex and Sam came to meet, how they deal with daily issues, meet new people, and hope for the best that these two don’t end up losing their common sense.
Every three or four chapter brings up a new issue that the couple deals with or some stupid problem that probably could have been solved in a few minutes. Taking turns talking about their life together, every few chapters also switches between Alexis and Samantha telling it, allowing you to see what goes on from each person’s point of view. Will you really enjoy Alexis’ sarcastic and leadership determiner, or would you favor Samantha’s bubbly, laid back ways?
